I called to have them work on my vehicle, told me they call me back and never did.. i waited two days never heard nothing... time that i could have been talking with another shop that wanted my business...
Thank you lawsons for giving me horrible service and refusing to fix a problem on YOUR part. I will update this review in the event that they decide to undo their wrong.
I took my car there last month with a trodle sensor proble and they only cleened it did not replace it... it messed up again and they kept my car all day from opon to close I found tented glass behind my back seat like it had been smashed and oil splashed out of my head gasket like someone had been doing reverse donuts in my car .... I would never recamaned this place to any one.
Nice shop! Repairs performed on my 2015 Taurus without any issue.

I brought my 2002 Volkswagen jetta to Lawsons to get a thorough check in July of 2015, because I was moving to Georgia a few days later. I wanted to make sure that everything was okay with my car before going on such a long trip. 2 days after arriving in Georgia my radiator went out, and I had to put 300 dollars into my car after spending nearly 200 at Lawsons. I called to speak with someone at Lawsons about what had happened to get a refund because of an error on their part. After finally getting in touch with the owner 3 months later because of people giving me the run around, he told me there was no way you can tell if something is going to go out if it is "plastic". Really? I come from a family of mechanics and I was raised around cars. So I know when people are bullshiting me *excuse my language*. The mechanic I took my car to after my radiator went out, whom is a friend of my family, said he was surprised that it hadn't gone out prior to when it did.
